Evening everyone. Had a good day at work. Interesting accident in the area today, a cattle hauler got in a wreck on I-94 east of where I'm at. Cattle everywhere from what the new said. They closed down the highway because of the hard time the police had rounding up the cattle.

I'm going to weld them halfway into the open end of a 1" X 1" square tube to finish the end and give it a rounded appearance. Unless you have another idea?

Does the type of metal matter, or will it be painted or finished in some way?

Evening Matt

Nope, doesn't matter as long as I can weld to it. It's gonna be painted the same as the rest of the trailer.

3/4 inch metal plumbing caps (screw fittings), see if you can find a lot of em cheap, weld em in and the face em down with a sanding pad.

It's a breakroom thing, you wouldn't understand. Of course if you'd hang out once in awhile you'd know that!
