Speaking about my wife. Her birthday is on the 2nd. During all of this mess with my LEGG and with her dad taking ill and the ENTIRE house and yard undergoing major renovations and builds...I managed to sneak out and buy her a new ride.

After some time, I know you will be doing that for her.
About 6-7 yrs ago I bought her a new ride and the timing was just plain bad.
Too many things happening and I had to sell it. She understood but I know it was my bad to go rush and do it then.

She has always wanted a JEEP. Not my preference. However, anytime we go past one or see one...any model she rubbernecks. Her favorite version is the Compass.
Today I have the drywaller returning to sand the final coat for most of the house.
Carpenter is here as well to finish the south side fence and the contractor/friend that is doing the pad for the new garage will be here too.
Plan is to have the pad poured by Sunday. This time next month the pre fab 40 x 20 garage with 10ft 2x6 walls arrives!
Busy busy.
Heading out to Idaho for vacation on the 4th!
Now...[censored] was added to the Phoo0 to make it look kinda like a swirled FiVerboBbySPeedoMiShaP. Just another one of his usual accidents as he strolls through the breakroom.

Morning gang - - well, just went afternoon didn't it. Oh well, good day - - that covers it all. Working in the yard all morning. Came in and decided to swim in the pool rather than working in the yard. It is August in Florida - - wow it is humid. I was dripping water from everywhere - - tee shirt, shorts, nose, head band wrung out repeatedly. Amazing how much water you can sweat out. Must have lost five pounds of water.
PH00??? I didn't beat big boy so I grabbed the "other" stuff. Gonna go fix some din din since the blonde is out spending money somewhere.
Oh well, she is a good shopper. I'm out of here - - have a gudurn,SoakedBob

Well, first off, tell Megs happy birthday from both of us. Now, second, what has happened? If I go get my knee cut on so I can't work for a few months, can I go out and buy new cars, build garages and have the house remodeled? What happened, big boy? You holding out on us? Its a real big frustration not being able to get involved the way I want with all that is going on. Slow but sure is working well.
Long term plan has started to work out.

Just back from the eye doctor. She found a metal shard about half the thickness of a hair lodged between my eye lid and eye ball. No wonder it still hurt. Skin had started to grow over it in just 2 days. Lotsa fun digging it out.
Feels better now tho, so it's time to go WELD!

I DO wear PPE. I WAS wearing PPE the day it got in my eye. It must've been stuck somewhere else and fell into my eye after the fact, because I was sitting right here at 11 PM, reading email when it started to hurt. Dr said it was probably in my eyebrow or sitting on my eye lash.
I s'pose NOW you'll want me to shave off my eye brows and eye lashes, right?
