i like feedback so tell me what a good/bad job im doing

budget boost pucks

things ive learned, make sure to measure everything, i ended up making 2 of the pucks smaller ID and they didnt fit first time

nutserts

for bens flat belly, havent installed them yet

square tube rockers

wish the rest of the rocker was more solid but came out good and will be easy to boatside down the road

rock rails

front bumper

now finished off with a hoop, will get a winch plate and fairlead when adam gets the winch

bumper that finally got finished up and painted

tj body lift

half doors and rear bumper with hitch

my floor boards on the drivers side were crap, basically more holes then floor

patched those with 20 gage steel
built seat mounts, they mount to the rocker and the tranny hump, and will eventually be tied into a cage
brackets to mount seats, mounted seats
replaced the interior sans carpet

Everyday at work I make parts as complicated as the ones below really tight tolerances (+/- .0001” sometimes, just to give you an idea a human hair averages at around .003” in diameter so cut a hairs diameter into three sections, then take one of those sections and cut it into 10 sections, one of those 10 is how close the part has to be on size…It’s a sickness and I love every minute of it...

actually the welds on the ouside of rocker came out pretty bad
they will hold but look like poop, the inside ones are much nicer

and as far as machining i just graduated from WPI so i know a little about machining, never done anything with that tight of tolerances tho

Just a friendly warning,

The moderators here do not care for foul language, and I see one of your post has been edited already.

You might want to make nice with them by checking your words once again in your last post.
