Shop up here in Caldwell that does most of the work on my truck. They originally put the PacBrake in 3 years ago. If you want the name, I will PM you. I believe the site Admins will delete the name if I post it.

Air Horns Are In!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huge thanks to big Mike for installing my air horns today. Took about 2.5 hours and a trip to the hardware store, but he got them going and they are really loud. They are not quite as loud as his, but hey, he wouldn't be the conductor if he didn't have the loudest horns.

Mike, already thinking of adding a second air tank. That little guy is just not cutting it for me!

they sound pretty dang good too Tom, was a pain tryin to decide where to mount them, after that it wasn't so bad. you need to toss a few pics in your gallery of the horns and the valve, as I told you, your install looks slicker than mine. A bigger tank can go anywhere, all we need to do is add in that t between the valve and the current lil tank and mount it up.

I will definetly need that new tank, one blast of those horns and then it sounds like a dying cat. Maybe you will get lucky and find that propane tank, or I will score another tank of some sorts. Thanks again!

Portable DVD players are an absolute must for long car rides, especially for young kids. Sorry you have to drive down there, how long will it take you?

well it is 522 miles, so a little over 9 hrs. Good thing I gave wifey a gps unit for Christmas, that sucker is gonna be ridin on my dash for this trip. Worst part is deffinately going to be the fact that over half of the trip will be in the dark on roads I have never been on. O well, at least I will be gettin some highway mpg out of it, knowin my truck I will have to fuel up before I make it all the way.

O this is almost too bad arsed for the kids, I got the adapter box for the computer monitor, and it does what it says, rite now I have a dvd player hooked up to the 19 inch lcd monitor, on top of the armrest, and facing back, also hooked up a 2.1 speaker set. all running off my inverter, sounds good, looks awesome. The people behind me are gonna love watchin this too ! BTW Tom, I found the tank, so whenever the next g2g is we can give it a shot.

Good to hear from you Phil, glad to hear you are still lurking about.

Mike, glad you found the tank. I looked online and thought $50-100 for a tank was ridiculous, especially for something that will be mounted underneath the truck! Thanks again man, I really do appreciate it.
