um, bow season opened two weeks ago, where have you been ? I'm into it for 300 lbs of corn so far, corn fed venison due soon as it cools off enough to actually climb a tree.

the zone im huntin opens on the 29th...im only in about 150lbs so far but there is a long way to go.

 

Anyone up for a group quad trip soon before it gets really cold? I would also be up for throwing the Carhart's on and doing a winter trip. I would be up for going anywhere. Pat, where are you riding?

I have been riding @ girlfriends parents farm, this Sunday is no good, going to truck pulls in the early afternoon, probably burn most of the day up. Planning on servicing the quad this weekend as well, time for an oil change, possibly a plug if I can find time to get one before then as well.

I was thinking about running my quad @ Island some time before the year is out, be interesting to see what kind of 1/8th it would have with the 22's on it. 1/4 would be outta the question, run out of gear wayyyy too quick.

I have heard that you can, and seem to recall them calling for bikes/quads/snomobiles in one of the lanes. Haven't inquired about it, but can imagine they may want you to wear some leather like the biker folk have to. I think it'd be interesting, I told the g/f I was gonna, she just smiles and shakes her head.

Saturdays work better for me, Sundays are usually spent at Hooters watching some football.

 

Oddly enough, I do get a lot of odd looks combined with a head shake from her She also shoots me some odd "unencouraging stares," but I am pretty sure that is just her being wierd though

So I take it that noone else is interested in the truck pulls Sunday? And when is this wrecnh day going to happen? I will get after my brother and try to get him to muster the motivation to put his flares on.

 

Hey guys sorry to but in but are any of you running a level 10 trans or know anyone with one? I just called them yesterday and got some info on them sounds promising but would like some real word data on them. I'm only 3 hrs away so its not a far drive to get in installed. Price seems kinda high to me but I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks.
