Was that your truck I saw in the lot this morning? Got anything new to divulge? I got all the pictures of the clutches and hard parts I'm just waiting for the converter to get cut apart.
I assume you talked to him because he's not in the shop early in the morning anymore. I assumed he knew and did'nt want to be alone with me.
well tommorow night is the night, im sad to say that there will be no water meth for me . so i will just be doing a little tuning and stuff.angelo is in the spotlight tommorow with his new trans. it seem's to me, he need's to prove to himself just how fast the green machine is.
almost hate to say it, but didn't someone else recently, beside me, angelo, and george spend some serious money on a trans and we have yet to see him at the track with it ?????? I think his truck is grey, not sure, haven't seen him in a while........... ahem cough.

Mike I haven't seen him post in awhile. I think he keeps taking all the overtime jobs so he can start going nuts on the turbo's. Think he'll show?
On another note I just got a phone call from another Level 10 victim. If I can get some more people together, I see a class action lawsuit in the works. This guy is sledpulling this weekend so I think I foresee a blown trans.
Well got the old gal back today and had to take it over to AutoWurks for a new rear u-joint that is shot. So far so good, we shall see as I get more miles on her. Planning on a trip to the shore tomorrow night so we shall see how it holds up. Talked to Mike and told him I may or may not make the track tomorrow, we will see. I promised the body shop guys some road sodas for all the hard work they did on my truck. It was down for 33 days but the chunk of that was waiting for the frame. Once they started it was only a few days.
Apparently they changed my washer fluid bottle and there is a main plug right below that. The new bottle was pressuring the plug which was half in, half out. They realized the problem, plugged it back in and it fired right up, no problems.
Well, much to my dismay, I won't be able to see the happenings tonight
I have some last minute stuff to do to the Wolverine before I load it up tonight to go to PA after work, plus I have to pack and all that...

ten minutes left to complete upgrade..... and I am on my way, might be early, but sure beats being late. Talked to Keith today he might make it. too bad pat, Tom, did they get that u joint in for ya ? well see whoever makes it in a while.
Had issues with getting the right joint from the parts shop so no truck today. Should have it back Monday. Pain in the butt, but at least I don't have to fill it up for another few days. My wallet can rest easy. Have fun guys!
Hope all went well at the track, can't wait to read about some time slips and how that challenge turned out for George...

I got all of the skids on, what a ******* The engine one was

there was a little good luck last night and some bad luck.mike beat his all time last night, with a 14.8 run. keith did well with a 13.6 or a 13.7 cant remember.i beat my old time of 13.00, now its a 12.97. and last but not least, angelo's best time was a 12.6. unfortunately he's down there today, dropping the transfercase etc, cause we are pretty sure he blew his weak link. which was the output shaft. the only part he didnt upgrade. he was in good spirits about it though. so he will be busy in the next couple of days, swapping it out down there.
