I also got my best rt so far for the sprotsmans light, .559 but I do miss the countdown tree.

The Wolverine is finally done!!! Looks good Pat, hope you have fun on it this weekend. I really need to get out on mine one of these days. Tail lights on the truck look good, wonder where you got those from?

Sounds like you guys had a blast at the track beating all your old times. George, I was talking to our pal Chris @AutoWurks and told him you were headed to the track and were probably beating your old time. Thanks for proving me right! Angelo, sucks about the breakage but at least you know what it is and can get it taken care of. How did the trans hold up otherwise? Keith and Mike also congrats on your times, those are great.

Hopefully I will have my truck back soon and can take a ride up to the track. Got a stereo and my air horns to throw in there as well. When is the next wrench day? What about a Hooters meet next week?

Side note, I am looking for a 6x10 or 6x12 open trailer to pull the quad around on. If you guys know of one for sale, let me know.

A Hooters meet sounds good to me, there is a couple guys on CF that are in the area and might be up for a gathering.

 

I will be there at 12:00 when the gates open. I hope this goes easy. I'm bringing my work truck with the inverter so I'll have power and other misc. stuff. I'm gonna start loading up some tools now.

 

Hope you guys got Angelo up and running up there. All I know is that it is hot as anything down at the shore today. Nice out on the water but as soon as you stop it was like baking in an oven. No air movement at all.

 

Mike stopped up to lend a big hand and we had the everything out in two hours. Confirmed it was the output shaft that broke and got a billet one ordered from Lannings. Stock output shafts do not like boosted launches! I will have to run the OD section back to them so they can install the new shaft. I would do myself but there is a 800 Lb spring in there that needs to be compressed. Truck should be back together next saturday.

I had to leave it there. New shaft has to be sent from Dave to Lannings.
