Who wants to convoy up to SCHEID DIESEL event
Hello
I am just throwing this out there for you to consider. My son and I will be leaving the coast of NC the morning of the 25th to run up to In for the Scheid Diesel event the 25th/26th of Aug.
We will be running out 40 west out of Carolina and catching 77 north into Va and then at W Va catching 64 over to In and up to the event. It is about a 14/16 hour ride. Well worth every minute.
This is a great event, this event is even better than the event that we put on down on the coast of North Carolina.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.
See Ya
Chris

Mrs Smurf here,
There is camping area at the Wabash Valley fairgrounds, call and ask how to reserve a site at (812) 232- 9627. Quite a few camper were there last yrs. I don't remember how many site had pwr/sewer etc nor how many dry sites.
Have fun,

Chris, I've been planning on going to this event, however, we are nearing the start of deer hunting season and food plots need to be planted, stand moved, shooting lanes cut, etc. Not sure if I'll be able to go, but if I can, jumping into the convoy sounds good to me. If I can't make it, y'all have fun, Matt

OK thanks, that was going to be my next question. If there was electric and water hookup. The power is a bigger deal then the water. Is anyone else planning to camp, or has camped there in the past?
