I drained the water every time the light comes on (except the first time I reallllly had to get on the road). And I have not used Power Service or anything like it in awhile, but now that you mention it, I think I'll be picking some up tomorrow. And I'm thinking fuel pump as well, I just hope it's not affecting my CP3 adversely.

If it's your pump, are you going to the dealer or aftermarket? If you go to the dealer, they will install the "in tank" pump. If you can swing it, I'd go aftermarket with FASS or GDP if you are going to continue bombing.

I take it you don't have a FP gauge, right?

I haven't been able to tell any difference running any kind of fuel additive in the past (3 or 4 times), so I don't run any.........so far no problems in 63,000 miles.

I have everything but a good sensor for the fuel pressure gauge. I'm thinking if I take it in to the dealer and have them go through it they might actually check to see if the LP went bad if it has done damage to my CP3. Having them put in an in-tank pump will buy me time, but I will be putting in a fuel system before long, if they give me any problems, I might just go aftermarket and say see ya later. I just don't want to take all my electronics off and leave my truck for a day. But I would rather use my warranty.

Taking the stuff off and loosing the truck for a day, under warrenty, may be the cheapest and best thing you could do.

Man...yall aint kidding about the weather...no snow here...but i was bucking a 30 MPH head wind all the way to Iowa....so much so it tore off the fnt sheet metal on the little shop trailer....in the middle of nowhere! AND Dan had tools....but not a freaking Philips head that it took to get the screws off to take the metal that was just-a-blowing! O yeah........19* (Sub 0 wind chill) to top it off!!! It was freaking cold! Was not a good night......got in finally at 2AM to my mom-in-laws house.....Being numb was an understatement!

MAN.....I can’t think of anything that takes Philips that i would ever need on my truck...so i didn’t bring one....all the interior screws are 9/32nd with Philips....so...live and learn!!!

I had to buy a hammer, nails and wood screws at Wal-Mart. THEN i jacked a pallet from the rear of the store and broke a slat off and pounded in the nail first and then pulled. Then i screwed the wood screw in.....poor mans drill.....anyone around Wal-Mart that night learned a few colorful words......and would have seen a grand mal fit involving a hammer and a piece sheet of metal that would not cooperate! Lest just say my wife was very patient with me that night......
