TXDTR#8 (North Texas DTR) April Meet
The FAST coolers are made for the NV5600; I'm finishing a retrofit kit for them this month in the shop so they can be used on the G56 - I like the drain location and temp sending unit capability they have!
I guess I didn't notice it, because I changed it to #3 before I left up there that weekend.
Speaking of mileage.....no matter what setting I use, I'm still getting a little less than 17. This is down from the usual 20 or so a few months ago.
Any ideas........ditch the Smarty...sensor problem....weak VP?
Justin: You don't wave at your friends just because they're driving a green '92 Olds? (On Coit at the light by Wal Mart)
Dan: If you make it down, be sure and let us know. Who knows, I might have time to buy you a cold one.

Now I know who was yelling at me at that intersection. You should have sent up a cloud of smoke so I'd know.
EH....I might sweet talk Rowland into keeping it for me since i have to drive by his place when i come back to Texas to get the rest of my stuff.....and you can give it to him at the next meet. OR you can pop it over to my best friends house....and check out his 'Yota....

200 lbs?? I don't remember my head being that heavy?
Dan - You can't talk sweet enough to get me to handle 200 lbs off my tailgate. But, I can put it on a pallet and use company fork lift.... I'll store it out of sight at work till you come this way!

haha...its alright.....your not the only one that does it.....i see it a lot when i search for FASS on the forums....
Rowland....dont you have a tire to bounce that off of or something? (He will get my joke.....)
alright guys found my stash of banjo bolt washers and fixed that dang leak on the back of my head.... also fixed (i think) my annoying exhaust leak sound...
question is: would changing out that banjo bolt cause my vp to lose prime?? had to crank forever to go to class tonight?? was a little low on fuel and my drive is steep... maybe the combination caused the issue?? going to fill up if she starts after class...
another question... can I pull the thermo and run the hose in the radiator start the motor and try and flush my system better?? tht layer of oil floating around in my system is irratating

I would try to find some GOOD radiator flush/cleaner to run through it.
You may have air trapped in the fuel lines. If it keeps it up, you might re-tighten everything and crack some injectors.
