I'm also aiming for around 11:30, depending upon how accurate Mapquest's drive time estimate is, and how close I am to being on the road at my desired time.

It was a great get together !!! I made several new friends today

Talk about some awesome people !! I thought it was so cool how quickly everyone started talking and joking and generally having a good time.
Good chow and some really nice trucks.
I'd sure like to get my hands on the parking lot surveillance tapes .... some incriminating footage of tire abuse and gross air pollution going on !!! All in good fun .

I want to thank all of you for such a warm homecoming and a big thanks to Chris for ramrodding the event ... Jim and Chris both made quite a drive to make this happen.

MODTR #30 is firmly established and under good leadership !!!!!!

Bass Pro is probably evaluating those tapes right now to determine where to send the nastygrams.

Chris and I were standing there talking when that Cummins-powered bus drove up, and I was halfway convinced it was you playing a joke on us!

Chris took a bunch of pictures, too, but here's one I took of seven of the eight trucks of those who showed up posing by the fence:

Saturday was a hoot. Too much good food and met some great folks. Hope we can have several gtg a year. My carnage is nothing major. I think it's just a clip off the detent which allowed the detent ball to go one way and the throttle valve to go the opposite. Chris please email the incriminating air pollution shot to staged455@yahoo.com.

Good Morning Guys........just uploaded the best 7 pics into the photo gallery, including the air pollution types...as soon as they're aproved I'll post a few of 'em in here.........
Great weekend, the BOSS and I enjoyed meeting everyone and generaly having fun....
Mike, glad to hear its nothing too serious, and that everyone got home OK. The pic you want is pending, you can download it once approved, tell Adam and Jason there's one of each of them as well...
Jim, ya need to ask the admin to set up a chapter photo gallery, so we'll have a place to put all the pics of this and future events.
Pistol, thats quite a group you travel with, I see a couple future BOMB'ers there.... figure out your brake leak?
I'm still brain beating on what over on that side could be doing it, and drawing a blank..
Me and the BOSS went back Sunday and spent the day going through the museum and wildlife exhibits... definitly worth the price of admission! I could hijack this thread talking about it all, but lets just say the river otters are in season and realy put on an interesting show....
Looking forward to the next event, got a feeling this is going to be a great group........

You didn't get all the way home with it? I was wondering if you'd figured out exactly what broke.

I didn't want to take any chances with it since it wouldn't shift out of 1st. His station is on battlefield so I just headed down there. It's pretty easy to tell that it's the detent function . She goes from park to 1st with nothing in the middle. I'm not sure if it happened due to not being up to temp or what. But it's better it happened there than on the track next month when they open.
