I was stupid enough to let a couple guys talk me onto a bull twice.. like the first time wasnt enough!

My best ride was at a county fair in AZ, I went just over 6...
I'll stick to saddle bronc if I ever go off the deep end and want to try rodeo again.....

 

I always prefered saddle or bareback bronc myself. I was only on a couple of bulls myself and both times involved alcohol and someone claiming that I didn't have any hair on certain body parts or I would ride something besides a horse. Of course that occurred 18-19 years ago and I would never do it again. I showed them. Limped for a couple of days too as proof.

 

Must have been the same guys!!!!! thats how they "talked" me into it.....

I finally made it to the State Of Misery !!! Sorry about bringing the snow with me ... it appears to have followed me.

Looks like I will have to pick up a couple batteries to get BERT in motion ... noone has bothered to fire her up since I left . Can't wait to drive it .... the beemer just doesn't have the same feel !!!

If anyone is looking for something to do Friday night or Saturday night they are having a Bull Blast ( bullriding ) at the fairgrounds.

Admission is usually in the $8.00 range but I'll check and see. As far riding. I'm older then Adriano and much heavier. 20 years ago I would have been there in a second. I think I'll stick to breakin trail horses.

 

15.00 at the door. 12.00 in advance from Rockin D western wear in Ozark Mo behind Lamberts. Kids are 5.00 at the door for 12 and under. Starts at 8:00 both nights.

 

Me and the BOSS might be interested in going... I think we'll wait and see how the day goes though.. the BOSS is already asking if we realy need to leave to get there so early because she wants to know how she is supposed to put her make-up on before any of you guys see her if we're going to be driving all morning......

The CaTCHer programmer for 2nd Gen trucks. Well, mine's for 2nd Gen trucks anyway. They say they'll have one for 3rd Gens, too, but I'm not sure if it's been released yet.

 

What lot is everyone wanting to park in. It's a big place. We can park in the front of the building or what I think would be better is to park to the side behind the Bass Pro Outlet store where the rvs park. We could line up along the fence at the very back. That's also the closest lot to the stairs or elevator that goes up to Hemingways.

 

That sounds good to me. Line 'em all up to pose for a picture... I'll make sure I bring the digital camera.

(note to self: wash my dirty truck before the trip)
