North Carolina GTG for Mrs Smurf
This is to let everyone know that we are going to get together at the drag strip in Jacksonville on sunday Dec 10th for Mrs Smruf's home coming.
I don't want this thread HI-JACKED in any way. This is about all of us spending some time with some great people. That I am going to miss
Please try to take the time to come join us, because this might never happen again with these fine people who have helped us in too many ways to list. Let me know if you will be able to make it. If we can, maybe we can have a cookout at the track. This is the time to do what ever you can to make this event.

Thanks Cris for all the kind words.
We will still have a few more events to attend yet. Leigh Ann will be going down to Fl in Feb and by June I will be down there as well. I am staying behind to sell the place and figure out how I am going to move 13 years worth of stuff.
We have allot of good friends in the area that we are surly going to miss.

I want to add that I feel the EXACT same way as Cris and Johnner do and I wouldn't miss the GTG next weekend for anything!
I know you guys aren't gone yet, but I want to say that when that day comes you guys along with your very fine son Geoffery, are going to be missed VERY MUCH! For those that don't know, you guys have been my "partners" the last four years in making the annual "N.C. Dyno and Drag Race Event" a huge success and an event which seems to grow more every year! I don't know what I would have done without you!. That along with your longtime friendship,....well all I got to say is things won't be the same!
Anyway,.....we are looking forward to seeing and being with you guys next weekend!

I got about 1000 pounds of tractor weights, that should help out with your high powered launchs.
I can have Geoffrey throw them on the G N.

Chris and Leigh,
I only met Mrs. Smurf once, but she is one of the coolest truck racing chicks I have ever met!!! And Chris, I enjoyed the few GTG we actually made it to! I only had 2 years to accumulate stuff and it took a 24x8.5 trailer maxxed out to move.....I feel for ya!
