I'm bringing a 6' folding table and 2 folding chairs.
I'll grab a couple of bags of chips and a 12 pack of sodas on the way down.

Sounds like it's gonna be a real hootinany... I'll throw some sodas in the cooler too. All I have to do is open the soda machine and pull them out..
I should be there around 10:00am.

Just a reminder for all chapter 7 members to drive carefully.

Don't need any
"Driver pulled over with an arsenal of weapons & ammo in the truck"
headlines on the 10 0'clock news.........

I can see it now, "President of Local Truck Chapter And Nuclear Plant Worker Led Away In Handcuffs For Transporting Mass Amounts Weapons, Film At Eleven". Maybe I better only bring a half dozen and not the full arsenal eh?

Not..........................

I'm going to round up a few paper targets too, I think I have some left. Do you have any back stops for targets Chris?

I have at least 2 paper target stands ready. I have wood to create more on the fly, if necessary. I didn't worry too much about more target stands as the theme is "ventilating appliances".
I have an assortment of cans around here.
I also have bowling pins, which hold up very well against even 44 Magnum, but don't do so well against a high power rifle. (That taught me something)

1/2 inch steel plate, or thicker, if anyone has any lying around, makes great pistol targets (I have one I bought and want to make more, with plate and rebar)

I have plenty of matches.
I'm waiting to bee Butch light a match at 100 yards with a pistol, any pistol.

If I'd known about the plate, I could have scrounged around in the "leftovers" bin in the Base Welding shop.

Joel, Does your son still need that front trim ring for his truck?

Ed,
If you can come up with some plate at a later date, let me know and I will come get it. You'll understand when you see my "auto-resetting" pistol target. We'll discuss tomorrow.

Gotta go for now, been up on the roof all day hammering little metal things into these long asphalt looking thongs. I'm getting to old for that stuff.

See youn's tomorrow.

Sounds like Jessie's garage, "freebie, nadda, zero".

I'm sure he will appreciate it. He is planning on having several irons there too.

Chris, you know I was bringing the AR no matter what!!
I'll try to grab some of those signs littering the side of the road too. They make great targets.
