Hey, I'm a busy hillbilly what more can I say.

 

I talked to Mr. Pointer today and he states that all is well, just very busy.
He mentioned that he'd get on to DTR and update everyone.

Also, due to his other responsibilities, James would like to temporarily pass the Chapter President duties to someone else in the Chapter.

Would any of you guys be willing to take on this responsibility until James can free up more time?

Looks like our GTG is going to need to have ameeting room so we can discuss electing a new Chpter Pres.
I will look into a meeting place/time, hopefully in mid-january, and start a new post shortly...look for it Mon or Tues.

Busy! Partial list: changed jobs, trying to get the old house finished, buying and tearing down another house behind us to expand our yard a bit, got a new puppy...

My recreational web-surfing has been greatly curtailed, suffice it to say. I've been putting a lot fewer miles on the truck lately, though. Bought an old '86 GTI to drive back and forth to work. I love the truck to death and I wouldn't trade it no matter what, but it's not the most ideal urban weapon, especially for downtown parking garages. Even though the one I park in says the clearance is 6' 8", every time I drive in it I do this: . To say nothing of width and length issues--it barely fits in any of the spots with room to open the door.

So is it still not permissible to say naughty words like "crap" around here, or did the little old ladies--oops, I mean moderators--loosen up a bit?

 

not much has changed around here.... mods still "uptight", coffee still really bad... doughnuts are stale....

The BOSS wants her own CTD but wwont get one 'cause she worrys about parking it in the parking garage by her office..oops theres the phone.. Oh its you!
