I think we need a few folks to take it on themselves to instigate activitys and plans.

i think we should all meet at MOKAN sunday 11-12-06. but i don't know if anyone else gets on here and checks this out as much as we used to. it says they will be open. gates at noon and racing startin at 1 till 5. then go to joplin for dinner. short notice i know but it's something to do. everyone has 5 days to think it over. at least i'll expect some excuses from some people why they can't go, whitesport. hehehe. i'll never let anything go.

 

Well, shoot... I am going to be down to Hallvale(?) right between joplin and Springfield Saturday, but have to be back here by Sat nite due to a sick horse I gotta take care of. Picking up a'new" truck from Swampthing....Let me check with The BOSS, but I think i knwo the answer....

 

BTW, has anybody heard from Jim( JFpointer) recently???? he hasnt been on for awhile........hope everythigns OK with him.....

Opening weekend of deer season in MO and I have visitors at the farm both days. Plus I have to attend the 50th Wedding Anniversary of my inlaws on Sunday from 2:00 until 4:00pm. But it is about time for a gtg pretty soon. The horsey training season is slowing down and the wood cutting season is speeding up.

 

well obviously we're all going to have to take a day or two off from normal livin for a little bit of fun. i think we should meet in joplin. i don't know what there is to do there but i'm sure we can find something to do. and no more burn outs from me, i can't afford the tires. sorry to disappoint. how about the 25 and 26? it's right after thanksgiving.

 

Pack, thats generally a bad weekend for anyone with family...
but sometime between then and Xmas might work, as long as you find some place INDOORS.....

I know this may be a little too far out to start planning anything ... but in addition to the GTG you are planning now, maybe we can also start planning something around the first of April.

I will finally be a civilian again and home for good !! Sounds like a good excuse to have a party !!
