DTR gettogether in Ocala.
Hi Gang; Just a few words of praise for the fine first effort of "JMac." The first Dodge Diesel Truck Rally was great. Met some fine people, saw some awsome trucks, and got a lot of Idea's for later. Also a mega Thank You to "Cummins Southeastern Power" For hosting the event.
Hope to see some pictures soon. "Ironbutt"

Thanks Ironbutt,
I enjoyed meeting everyone. My highlight was seeing Tod's twin turbo setup!!!
I've already got a lead on a sled and a trailer we might be able to use for the next meet for the people that like sled pulling.
Personally I'd like to set up some 0-60mph timed trailer pulls also for next meet.
Mabey even a truck mod day where people that need things done, (like guages in my case) can bring all the stuff and tools and install it that day. 2-3-4 heads is better than one right.
Huge thanks to Cummins Southeastern Power for the food, the staff/techs on hand to Q & A, and special thanks to Dick operations manager who said "yes" to everything I asked for, for the meet, and Jodi, his assistant who was intrumental in coordinating everything behind the scenes and helping during the event.
Jodi took many pictures. I don't know if I'll be able to get a hold of them but I'll try.
Thanks again to all that came, some from N and S Carolina and Virginia!! Have truck will travel!!!
Hope everyone gets home safe and sound.
Hopefully get everyone together again in about 6 months with more activities.

I enjoyed it. One thing i didn't get to do is to meet everyone. I thought it might be a good idea for everyone that was there to sound off with names that match trucks. I know that JMAC had the dark blue 3rd gen. Mine was the silver long bed 3rd gen. Cant wait till the next event.
PS I mentioned to JMAC about a diesel drag race in Jupiter Fl, on July 16th. Wondering who might be interested in getting a little convoy to ride down there? Anybody?

Thanks Lary,
I'll probably do that next time.
FLORIDADODGE, if you'll get some specifics and PM me or just post them. I'm in. I'd like to see some drags, and probably get a couple of guys to go that didn't make it to the meet.
