Diesel Pull Stanford Kentucky...Results <br>1st night of this local event. <br>Purse was $150 if I remember correctly. <br><br>I expected some familiar names, but when I arrived there was a whole host of Enterprise trucks including Eric Stacey, George Peterson, Andy Schureck Truax/Mitchell truck, Chad Smith (Slivka Farms), Scott Burton Etc. <br>More names I just forget at the moment, I'll make sure to get those at tonights' pull. <br>No Dave Mitchell though, Maybe tonight??? <br><br>At about 7:30pm up on the hill, at the entrance the truck with the stack rising from the hood shows up being trailered as many were that night. <br><br>It was funny to see the pullers faces go blank in awe as the Scheid truck was pulled through the lot. <br><br>Unlike the typical drag racing related or Diesel event in General there is not a lot of hood popping and showing off. <br>Alot of serious pullers that don't want to share any info. Still nice people just not into giving up information &quot;pulling secrets!&quot;. <br><br>The track was tough, sled was heavy, most of these trucks that usually make full pulls were only getting to about 240-280 area. <br><br>The Scheid diesel truck put on one hell of a show though when he pulled the sled off the track into the parking lot!! <br>He let off from what I could tell for safety purposes, he was pulling it about 15mph faster than any other truck there. <br>325ft. <br><br>2nd place was Eric Stacey don't remember the exact footage, I think it was 292 (I will have an official count later). <br>Great pull, although his truck sounded like something wasn't right after the pull. <br><br>3rd was a local guy (I'll update the name later) <br><br>Many strong pulls and great running trucks. <br>Tonight should be interesting........... <br>I wonder who will come out of the woodwork? <br><br>$500 prize from what I have heard. <br><br>--Justin<br><br>

It was a nice pull. I wish they would run the trucks earlier. Thats what most people want to see now days. I tried to call Stewart, as he invited us KY boys to the pull, but no answer. I wish now I would have hooked. Glad to see the pulling is being put on this site. Its exciting to see and do.
