they do not have camp sites but just an open field. there are no hookups or anything. very primitive.
It is first come first serve. So get there early.

 

How do we want to get there. Should we all just dribble in whenever? Or should we try to make convoys (CB's required ) or some other ideas I've forgotton. Also what time do most people want to show up?

 

Well the MD guys usally meet at the Wings to Go of Whitemarsh and convoy up from there. Don't know the time yet but we will hammer it out as it gets closer.

But if you don't follow me we won't get lost. I always make the wrong right turn. when you're supposed to go straight. Can't quite figure it out, guess i just like turning right.

 

It would be awsome to have a convoy in, so we should all work together to make this happen and the CB thing is a good idea Captian.

 

i have CB's in both the trucks and my friend and I share a "portable" cb unit. small mag antenna, and the cb runs off the cig lighter. Handy for road trips.

Is anyone participateing in the events? I was reading the rules and it looks like I dont qualifiy for anything fun! doh.

 

well right now i have some work to do in order to make it into the pulls, gotta build DS loops and shields, put the cross bolts in my DP, and contact the buck because as it looks right now, their rules say the truck must have an OEM front bumper. that is the dumbest rule i have ever seen.

 

I agree. I really hate all motorsport event rules. like helmits. I bairly fit into my truck as it is. no way I fit with a helmit, if I want to crush my head thats my own dumb fault! I really wanted to do the dirt drags but you have to have a stock turbo to do it???

I wanted to build some DS loops, how are you going about that?
