You can mess with the '94 in my garage all you want. We can run it if I set up some fuel and batteries.

Put your twins on the 94, pull the plate and we'll see what 25* of timing will do. Maybe we can save you some time by removing the head gasket without pulling the head?

Tate,

I sent out that DV socket on Friday afternoon so it should show up today or at the latest tommorow. Not sure if it left FSJ until Monday....... Do you have this timing thing figured out now?

Luke, how long till she's in the garage wrenchin'? Congrats.

John, I've got it figured out, or so I think. I did a mock timing last night on the pump in the basement, seems to work out well enough. Should be a bit easier to get the right plunger lift in the truck, since doing half a degree turn with a crescent wrench takes some patience. When Dave gets back from Sask., might try checking his truck, and adjust if needed. Of course, with any luck, I'll have my pump in by then and know what the hell I'm doing. I'll let you know when the socket shows up. Thanks again.

So whens the next get together? I need to find a dyno and see if my truck still works. It seem to be running pretty good and see hasn't seen a dyno in two years.
