Alberta Dyno and GTG
www.tiredealsforless.com This s where I got mine from. The biggest cost is shipping.
Mine are aimed down a good bit. But people still don't like them. But my other alternative is not see where I'm going. If the stock housing could be made so it doesn't shine up so high, I don't think it would be as much of an issue. I'm thinking about buying a set of those 1-piece housings in the future, don't know if that would help or not. Need to find a local place, $50 in shippin on a $90 part is rediculous!
I use to work for them. But they got slow and i have bills to pay so i quit. Im a helper for enviriomental soil drilling now. Do u work for weatherford? Ya i wish i was there but by the time i was done work it was 130 and i still had to drive to camrose after loading the rig up.
No, I'm a field sup. for a new service rig company in Red Deer. It's too bad that you missed it as it was a blast. I would like to dyno on a different brand of dyno. A few of us could not hook up on the dyno but I'm 99% sure it was because of those good ol' BFG All Terrain's.....
Alix is on good ol Hwy 12 just east of me by about 20 min..
WRT the HID, the Dodge headlights are not a good design and waste alot of lite in all directions. Putting in brighter bulbs just makes the problem worse. If you could realign the bulb position in the lens holder, like further back, you may be able to get a better beam. I was thinking HID, but it just just doesn't seem to work well enough with the stock non-sport lights IMHO... I just add cheapy aux lights to make up for it.
