I found out that I need to go tour St. Cathrines college with my daughter the friday before. If I can I will pull my fiver and spend a night or two. Does anybody know of a campground not to far from Ramsey that I can stay in?

You can try telling her there isn't any choice -- even the closest KOA is closing on the 15th. Which one of you would she be concerned about being exposed to Josh, you or your daughter? I'm also wondering why John recommended a camp site in AZ instead of MN.....

I might have to bail out on bringing the SRT-10 down to get dynoed. That is also the day of the final race at Rock Falls Drags. Went their and ran the truck for the first time last weekend and put down a 12.905, So I am ready to go again, was alot of fun.

Sorry I hadn't looked at the link , it was a site that was a search eng. for camp sites, the one that I lead you to might be one of many I was thinking of snowbirding to this winter , if I ever get away. Have Airstream Will Travel for a lot of things.

The only camping this time of year is a state park or Wal*Mart
Wife like Wal-Mart?

Guess I would ask if a hotel is out of the question, since most MN campgrounds close mid month? Guess try to justify by thinking of cost of fuel pulling the 5ver. Just my 2 cents, thats all.

No, a room would be OK I guess, but with a 16 yr old daughter and a 12 year old son, along with me and my wife rooms get quite pricey. Besides, I should be able to to pull it there and back on one tankfull of fuel. I get about 14mpg pulling my fiver. That would just pay for one night in a motel.

Well, PROVIDED the weather holds decent (no freak snowstorms, etc.), I have a spot reserved in Ham Lake for Thurs. nite, Fri. nite and Sat. nite for under $90. It would be hard to find a decent room for that plus what the meals would cost at about $40 per meal in a restaurant.

I might not be coming down this year.
A college friend is in the cities THIS weekend so I might drive down and see him. He lives in the Virgin Islands so we don't see each other very often.

With fuel prices and everything else, We are trying to limit the road trips. Already went to Fergus Falls for a school event last weekend.

decisions, decisions

OK guys....I need a FULL count of who's running. Here's who I have so far.

MNTom
FFlack
Oestreich84
AMartinson

Anyone else that wants to run please let me know...if you are on the list and aren't gonna run...also let me know.

I need a final count so I can let the boys at Hi-Tech know.

Right now I have 8 maybe 9 on the TDR and 4 here, possibly 6 if Mopar Mudder is still interested in dyno instead of drags....

I'd like a little better idea this week gentlemen.

Thanx
Josh
