I am. I need the Airdog, but $500 is kinda hard when the $Runner needs a new engine.....

If I get one, can you help me install it???? (AirDog)

Found the socket info.. 29mm or 1 3/16 (equiv)

Cummins Fuel Filter Socket size 29mm 1 3/16

(Info added to aid in future search)

1-1/8" IIRC on the filter housing. Maybe 15/16". I know it is around 1" but can not remember exactly what it is right now since I have not changed mine in almost three years now.

I found a 30mm socket in my tool box and that worked just fine. No prob getting the old filter out and the new one it. Had to put it in twice because I forgot to install the new o-ring the first time.

Fuel pressure went to almost 15psi and sat at 13 @ idle.

This makes me believe that I should have decent pressure at mid to WOT.

Also changed the oil.

Now I actually have oil pressure too...........

Next is a new BHAF and the maintenance should be done.....

I will probably change the oil again in about 1000 miles to get a good clean change.. The oil is still quite black from the old oil.

DONE......

Your oil will always be black. It's never gonna clean up again unless you rebuild your engine.

Leonard that truck is priced at $1000. I got some more pics and will post up later. Peeked under the hood. Looked like it had propane on what ever engine is in there.

Anyone have a spare hx-40 downpipe laying around? I might run my s360 as a single just to get my truck running then I'll build my new twins later. I'll buy it if you don't want it back.
