Good post boots, your comments are thought widely throughout the diesel community.

Everyone grows up, just not at the same time. People that need to prove themselves to everyone and say everyone else's truck is junk are simply on the bottom end of the maturity curve.
I build my truck for my own pleasure. I like working on trucks, I like being able to sit back and see something I accomplished, I dont do what I do to be "above" anyone. I would rather help other people build twins, turn up the fuel, bump timing, and install gsk kits, instead of raising an arrogant nose and calling it a "secret". Life is too short to turn everything into a pissing match.

I found a girl that drives a cummins, cooks, cleans, and parties. I just hope they all dont meet. JUST KIDDING!

Reality is, I drive my own cummins, cook my own food, help with cleaning, and bring my own party.

Post #19 on why guys should settle for a girl that is good enough (through my own experiences). Read the last paragraph.

Anyone have experiance with the Nitto Terra Grapplers? The choice seems to be a little limited in a E rated 315 75 16 I can get them at work for $189 per tire plus install then take 10% employee discount off that. Just don't know that much about the Nitto tires. I was looking at the Goodyear Silent Armor but cannot find them in our system in the larger size. I'll have to call goodyear and see if they make them

overall its a good tire...

in sizes on larger 18, 20" rims that have a stiff sidewall they are better, but have seen and personally experienced a few issues with them in a 33" tire on a 17" rim with sidewall flex when towing heavy. i have some buddies that all run chevy trucks (gas and diesel) and they tow heavy 14-18k race trailers all over the east coast with NMRA, and they swear by them on their trucks, but they run 60-70psi in them. it makes the ride harsh but takes the flex out of the sidewall.

Those are what I have now (got them from TJ) but they are only D rated. I am looking for street manners and good rain / weather. I have the Jeep for the mud and other stuff.
Goodyear has a E range tire that is not that much more that looks pretty good also. I guess I should be asking these questions in another section but really trust your opinions the most.

It sounds like Eric Gephardt's truck is next in line to get bombed. We should make a day out of it. Couple cold ones, little wrenchin... its been a while!

i prefer to keep my mouth shut and let the truck do the talking. best part is when a bunch of guys are hanging out and they all think their truck is the baddest around (with their edge chip, 150 jammer injectors and stock turbo) and they set up a little street grudge match between the two. then ill go and follow closely behind and when they take off for this "race" i'll pass them both like they are standing still and leave them in my cloud of smoke.

Ok Mr. Bomber. What makes your truck so great? As you can see, my sig is filled out and have no "secret" formula.
