Guy witht the dually is one of my best friends he lives up in Littlestown PA. Truck is actually getting ready to get dragonslayer pump installed.

 

Looks like a sweet truck. Wish I had that kind of money. She'd be a p-pump in no time.

 

It has a custom hood now I have always loved the truck even when I had my 05 ford dually lifted with 22.5's I liked his better. I would commonrail it

I'm just tired of all these diesel drivers that just got there truck or just had them forever. The ones that think there bad and there truck is the best. The one that talk smack all day long bout others trucks. It all these punk kids that make the diesel world have a bad name. Now i know people of done this stuff before, but i just want to get it out of my system. This whole thing is becoming a ricer fest. Granted there are the select few that are actually down to earth, adult acting. But the ignorant people out dew us. There those drivers that love to smoke the heck out of all traffic weave in and out of traffic and yada yada yada. The bad thing is they know who they are. It just sucks nowadays you cant go up to a diesel driver and just talk diesel with out them saying that there truck is the best and all that. I know my truck is crap and im proud of it. The way people are these days is just wanting me to sell the truck. Granted i wont.

Ok im done. Im wont be surprised if some one from my area reads this and will want to kick my rear end and all that. But o well.

So what are the laws regarding trucks smoking?

 

excessive emssions is a nice fine, then they will get you for not having a muffler. but it just opens the door for them to walk all over you. (crack lens on your light, windshield, tire wear. bumper hieght or hiead light hieght. theres a alot of stupid laws that many cops dont know or enforce.

 

I was directing that question towards some of our LEO chapter members. To find out the real law and not what people think is the law.

 

how about some of the folks that have gotten shafted by the long dick of the law

 

There are tickets and repair orders for just about anything you do to your vehicle that it did not have when it left the factory...That being said, most police wont mess with you for those items. Those that say "they have been shafted......." have usually done something stupid(for a lack of better terms), to bring attention to themselves(huge burnouts, street racing, etc.).
