so yeah tonight on my way to scotts i decided to do a first trial burnout left about 150-200 foot of rubber without really trying. then as i was pulling out onto route 40 right behind a mustang i decide to just get and go and see if he plays well i started from behind him and had him til about 90-110mph when we started coming up on some traffic. smarty was on 4, tst is unhooked, 110 ddp's are in. with out the tst the truck is slow on the lower end and i still pulled on him. lol

yeah, i can work 35 hrs out of 60 that im allowed. thats with working 5 days a week. i can really bank some money when i take off a week or to or when im 2 on 2 off. specially since i dont have any truck or trailer payments

Hello Folks!!

Just wanted to howdy. Kids are all moved out and freedom is sweet.

Shipped all my son's and his wife's stuff out to Washington last week. Hate to see them all gone, but is nice to have time to get my stuff now.

He called the other day saying that the new unit is treating him well. He looked high and low for a jeep (various types) and ended up getting a 4x4 BUS.

He found a late 80's Chevy Suburban. He said it is show quality kept and a quick wash and wax he'd put it in a show. List price was $4999. After a few days of phone tag he paid $2900 for it. It is a their 2nd vehicle. Bad weather vehicle, hunting, camping, etc...

I don't think the price was bad, but gas cost might be though. As long as he likes it. That's what matters.

Still around. Back from vacation but never really went anywhere. Started a small home improvement project in the bathroom which ended up with nothing but the tile floor and wall studs left.... and yes I only have one in the house. Have the ceiling wall board hung and 1/2 of one wall. Oh well, atleast this time the repair will last 20 years instead of only 8 years. Arghhh. I hate wall board and bathrooms!!!!
