MD Chapter #33 Never Ending Thread Part VIII
Yes your stock clutch could be going, with the added power that is. Mine went with around 20k miles on it. I would turn the Jr. back to #1 until you can afford a new aftermarket clutch. When it starts slipping with the power there it is basically toast.
They are very, very similar. Mine slipped the first time on the dyno with it turned all the way up, then a few months later it started slipping with the economy mode only. When I changed it out for the DD it was slipping on stock power if I was not easy on it.
Anyone ready for some deer chili and deer steaks? I've killed 4 bucks and a doe since last monday and I am on a hot streak. I got this awesome rare deer today when some of the guys I hunt with were smoking Marlboro's in the woods and spooked him in my direction!
Anyon want to buy my old jeep? Found it at some impound or auction lot in Rockville!

I know but it runs so nice on the SW2!! It was a quick slip like a small wet patch. I've got 2k left on the extended warranty for a $100. (deductable) for an OEM. I'll just go easy on the go pedal for now. (fingers crossed)
Things seem to be slowing down my way as well so if there is wrenching to be done on the weekends, post it up here gents and I'll lend a hand. Gee can I even remember how to get to the cave??
