an update after pulling the trans and putting the new band in place



couple of the clutches were smoked


trans will have to come out in the near future for all new clutches

 

well i won't be racing at numidia i need to put all new clutches in the trans and that ain't going to happen by the 18th. i'll be going from a 5 clutch pack to a 7 clutch pack so it will grab better.

 

So what is anyone doing tonight???????? LOoking for something to do.......

 

i"m installing a transmission at my house i know scott it bored a looking to do something as well

PVC pipe to roll it around, and a sheet or two of plywood to drag it up you car ramps....

Do your wheel wells go above the trailer deck? If so we may need to use some railroad ties for spacers. I'm sure we could get some local members to give you a hand in exchange for some brew at the next meet. I have some 2x 10 planks and a cumalong that might aid in the loading process.
