Be prepaired to have to by new unit bearings too. Sometimes they come out in 2 pieces. Trick is to leave the axle nut tight until the bearing is almost out.
Might want to replace the rotors while the unit bearings are out too. Being that ours are on the back side of the bearings.

Just replaced both about a month ago. Hope I don't ruin anything, can't afford new ones again.

As long as you put a bunch of anti-sieze in there then you should be good to go on the bearings.

Well my starter just did the 3 click and no start. It started on the 4 try.
Just ordered the contact kit today from here.

and here is a good thread on rebuilding the starter too.

I'll probably be doing it next weekend if the parts are here.

Put a hammer in your truck for a last resort starter. You can bang the starter. knoch the brushes loose and get a few more starts out of it. I found this technique helpful when i was stranded in a customers driveway a few months ago.

Start driving the Jeep, then you won't have to worry about the hammer.

I give it a week until the tailgate is sooted up! My truck is coming due for its bi-annual cleaning soon...

Anyone in the chapter want everything to connect and mount a single 6inch stack? I'm going with a 5 inch full exhaust.
