I am going with the AX-10 Scorpion also. I am going to run an old RC10-T3 body that I have....
Going to go custom on the aluminum work to match the body color...
Other than that, basically stock... No weights or foam work right now.....

I checked into tube chassis for the ax-10 and they are about $185... That's almost a much as the stock kit.......

 

Yeah there are a few chassis out there. All 4 link setups that will work with the axles and trans set up from the ax10. Found a place in PA near the Buck that had a lot of RC stock and hop up stuff in stock. They even had a rock crawling area and a dirt race track for the go fast types.

 

Where about in OC? I'll be down for a 3 day weekend the same weekend. Might have to check these things out!

Yes I still have the parts, depending on what you are looking for some parts will work, some won't.

 

i have a block and head, so everything else. LOL
