my truck wieghts 6300lbs on the dot. 3740 up front and 2560 in the rear. **** that engine is heavy. how much do you think i would shave getting a fiberglass good and bumpers. trying to find fenders to but no luck.

you could shave a couple hundred pounds off the front end with fiberglass fenders and hood. you could save some weight going to a sport bumber as well.

there is no use in wasting the money for all that stuff. you will prolly only save 100-200lbs in the end...thats an aweful lot of money for very little difference

how about dropping the frontend a little to cut down drag, how much lower is a sport bumper?

Are you trying to get 30+ MPG out of it or? I know that these trucks are heavy and not that aerodynamic, but yours is already a 2x4 and low to the ground. I am just curious as to your reasoning behind all of this.
