does anyone know where to get a kit to set pump timing for a 12 valve? after talking to dave about it i figured it would be best to buy the kit so we can play with the timing on the 12 valves in the chapter instead of paying 100 bucks and a trip to the eastern shore everytime we mod our trucks.

 

Cummins can get it for you, part #3824563.

The Snap-On man can help you out as well, SP500 is their part #.

You also need a baring tool since you have to be able to turn the engine slowly both directions.
