won't shift into 3rd
hey guys need help-
my 95 auto won't shift into 3rd- had the shift points set a yr or so ago cuz it was shifting too soon- then it was almost not shifting into 3rd unless it was close to 40 mph. Its my plow truck so it sits most of the summer (I start it up & move it around every 2 wks or so in the off season) It started acting funny, so I checked the tranny fluid level-it was about a qt. low. So its topped off, & won't shift into 3rd at all! I'm spending out my EDIT for my other trucks to get fixed this fall; I def. don't need another EDIT truck breaking down on me-any thoughts???
