Truck won't start Help Please

My truck quit yesterday when i crossed rail road crossing (not a hard bump either) Replaced fuel filter, checked fuses, nothing. All connections look good
truck barely tries to start after minutes of turning over. Used Mac Tools MasterCraft Scanner and pulled codes PO236, PO237, P1688,
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Cant hook it back up, borrowed the scanner and had to give it back. It wasn't diesel specific had to use a generic type obd-II code to pull what info I got. Also just for the record it was a Mac tools Master Tech, not what I previously stated. Also would the comp box cause the MAP sensor problems? I have never checked the codes so I don't know how long they may have been on there.
