Truck won't start after resealing IP.....help please
Ok hears a quick background.....
I pulled the pump because it was leaking in the back, right near the distribution head or whatever its called....
I pulled that head off of the back of the pump to put that O-ring in. Some of the springs and things came out, but i put them in just as they came out. Is wasn't that difficult to do. I also pulled the pump top off while it was out because there was some fuel down in by the afc pin.
NOW the truck won't start.....I bled the lines a few times, but there doesn't seem to be enough pressure......
The fuel should be spraying out of the lines right?
Could i have put something back wrong on the head of the pump when i put that rear seal in?? I heard theres a control valve that can be put in backwards.
I have fuel to all of the injectors, it just won't fire.
Let me know what you guys think.

Did you remove the pump from the engine? Which would/could change the timing of the pump.
When I bled my fuel lines, fuel just squirts out a little bit, going MAYBE 8"s in the air. It's not much either. I'm usually right there looking at each injector that I have loosened, checking them off one at time for fuel, and retightening them as they bleed. Someone else is hitting the starter for me, usually in ten second intervals.

Yeah i pulled the pump from the truck....its not out of time, because i didn't move anything at all....the pump shaft never got moved and neither did the gear in the block......I'm not having any fuel shooting out at all....it's just dribbling out of each injector.
Should i try bleeding them some more??

I just had mine all apart today. It's very tricky to get everything back in properly. The plunger has a keyway that engages the shaft and if that gets out it will throw the timing off. I had to work with the pump top off to get the springs and everything set back in the correct position. There is also a button that can fall out very easily which will jam things up.
