Truck Wont Start :(

Hey everyone,

My truck is a 2006 2500 5.9L and hasn't started in about 4 weeks. batteries are fully charged.

Here is what I have replaced -->
  • Fuel Pump
  • Fuel Filter
  • Pressure Relief Valve
  • Heating Grid
  • Intake Heating Relay
  • Injectors and Tubes
  • Injector Pump
  • MAP Sensor
I'm wondering if there is a relay or sensor I'm missing.

I have readjusted the valve lash in spec and checked for leaks.

I'm at a loss of what can be left.

I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out what else is left to check.

Thanks in advance,

Zach

Here is a video of me trying to start her. --->

But my buddy said they should go away when I get it running and drive around a bit or we can clear them.

We checked the MAP Sensor. It only came on when we disconnected it to try and start it.

With the key on run do you have +5V at the sensor supply?

Sounds like a sensor supply issue to me. If you have the +5V you can use a paperclip to short +5V to signal on the map sensor plug, this will also set codes but the truck should start if that was the only issue.

So check if the map sensor has +5v and if so use a paper clip to short it?

Paper clip between +5V and signal, do not short to ground!
