Transmission problems I dont know???

I am having problems in low gear with my transmission I think or could be electrical? I have a 2002 dodge 2500 diesel and got it scanned, some of the codes were map voltage too low, no comm ECM injector pump, map too high too long, no trans bus mess., and rear speed sensor. If someone could help me help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

My edge EZ 65hp box burned up and threw all types of codes unplug it and see if it fixes it.

worked for me and gave me a good excuse to buy a new better chip/box/programmer. let us know if it fixes it.

BTW you should fill out your signature so we know what truck it is and what mods it has.

I should have read other tranny problems before I posted my own!! I had seen your name a number of times helping other people with this exact problem, just phoned the dealer to get these parts to change. Will this be an easy change for someone not 100% mechanically minded? I should take my chip out also but it doesnt have alot of power without it!!

hey, don't worry about not reading other posts first or searching first. we all do it here, trust me, i'm guilty as charged.

as for it being an easy fix/change, yes, it is quite easy to do. if you need specific instructions, just PM me, it would be easier and i'd be glad to help.

and why do you think you should remove your chip? just curious b/c i have the same chip in mine and no problem. and believe me, this chip doesn't have enough power to hurt anything, it's just a little extra, as long as you don't get on it around every corner, it'll be fine. and don't forget to fill in your signature so we can see what you have at a glance

I was saying unplug it to see if it fixes your problem. If it does then the EZ chip is bad. plus doing this is FREE

the MAP sensor code is what bugs me, I think it may be a bad EZ

I also just had problems with my gov pressure sensor and solenoid, but mine never threw any of those codes or any period.

I would try the free unplug test before buying a new GPS. it's a lot easier to unplug your EZ then it is to drop the trans pan and change the trans sensors.
If that does not work I would say change the GPS for sure.

good luck let us know how it goes.
