Exclamation Stuck In Denver, Smoke, Code, High Egt

I am puzzled, I get smoke on the Throttle untill 3 week old b1 turbo kicks in, code p 0234 (overboost condition), and egt's are 200 to 300 deg over normal, they would go through the roof but tst3 defuels at 1200. What direction should I look at???. oh yah dragin 20000 gooseneck

is the b1 waste gated if so see if its hung up if it is it might take more fuel to light by that time boost is way over preset limit in the cal of your ecm

Just ran out to the motel parking lot , and nope not hung up. Before I replaced the turbo it started to smoke, so I checked the turbo fan and it was hitting the housing wall . that was a couple of weeks ago . now its just bad

I know your code says overboost, but check your intercooler hoses anyway.

so your old turbo on the compressor side /intake grinded the housing did you clean out the air cleaner and intake tube hopefully no debris lodged an came out now do you monitor boost and is it higher than normal if not possibly turbo boost sensor is failing

Nope boost is the same, no loss, code will come on when i wot before 20 psi. I monitor it through tst3. Everything was clean after the work. This started before the first turbo failed now its just gotten worse. How do I test the boost sensor, my code reader is not picking it up? Maybe freeze data?

Well Found the problem, my power max 3 took a crap so the shop here is installing a edge juice attitude , because it was the only thing avalible. And I was ****** off at TST. THANKS TO ALL THAT TRIED TO HELP
