She just died????????

I was driving about 30mph and accelarated and the engine made a bump noise and shut off. i coast to the side of the road and tried to restart and it would turn over but not start. I cracked a fuel supply line at an injector an it was getting fuel. I have no idea what might cause this. Please help. Thanks

Well, this would not be true if you are getting good fuel at the injector but my first thought would be the injection pump shutoff solenoid connection. Many of us have have it shut off because of a bad connection between the solenoid and the wiring.

To get me home, I"ve hotwired from the battery to the pump solenoid.

Check for 12v to the solenoid on the back injection pump if it has it and will not start then remove the plunger from the solenoid and try it.

Try taking the fss out of the pump and remove the plunger and the spring. But the fss back on the pump and try that. If it does start you will have to use the manual shutdown lever on the side of the pump to shut it off. You can also try just using the jumper wire from the battery with the key off and listen real close for it to click when it opens and closes. I would do that before you gut it.
