You need to get a product called Power Service 911. It is designed to "ungel" diesel engines. Any farm supply store, diesel truck stop, maybe even Walmart. Then you need to add Power Service to the fuel tank every fill up.

Diesel starts to get around 30F.

Yes, and in the fuel filter housing. Follow the directions. I have never had to use it, but I've heard it works like a champ.

Get a gallon of Power Service (white bottle) also. Add 16oz to your next tank full, and 8 oz every 1/2 tank. Never let your tank get below 1/2 around town.
