Hi all, having some problems with rear brakes locking up on a 95 Dodge 2500 CTD... 2WD Ext Cab. Had some problems with ABS light coming on intermittently. Light does not come on when lock up occurs.... It generally locks up when I am in traffic and having to ride the brake. When I slowly move forward waiting at a stop sign or something it will lock up and skid the rear tires, in dry weather.

 

Pop the drums off and look for oil on the shoes.
