Ran my 99 out of fuel- how do I get it started again?

Ok- So I pulled a bonehead move and ran my 99 cummins out of fuel. I've got plent of fuel in it now and it won't start. I understand I need to "prime" the system and have loosened the banjo bolts on top of the fuel filter and attempted to "bleed" the air out and all I get is a bunch of fuel everywhere and nothing else.

I don't want to go pay someone $75 to do something I'm sure I can do if I get good detailed instructions (yeah I did this once before and they got it done no problem.)

Can someone help me out here? Some detailed instruction's or photos of what to loosen and when to tighten would really help me out.

Use a 19mm wrench to crack injectors # 1 and #3.

Bump the key and wait for the lift pump to stop.

Crank for no longer than 30 seconds at a time until it starts.

It will sound rough, but just tighten #1 and #3 up and you are all set.

you need to prime the hight pressure injector lines, at the injectors. loseing the in jector line one and a time 1-3-6 , I useally only do 1-3-2 because they are the easyist losen one crank the motor over 2 seconds stop, repeat letting the air out of the lines. after number 3 the motor should fire, tighten the last one back up and let it idle it will be very rough but will work. plugging the trunk in will help and having a battery charger handy, hope it helps

I'm goign to go try in a few minutes here. It was too late in my neighborhood to be trying to crank the engine a bunch of times.
