Problem solving fuel pressure

Hey guys I could use a hand troubleshooting my loss of fuel pressure before I get into costly replacement parts.

I have an aftermarket out of tank lift pump from BD its a FlowMax and was installed a year ago.

I am more than 1000km from home and from BD where it was purchased and installed.

27 days ago I drove the truck on a 1500 km trip , fuel pressure stayed above 10 psi all trip. I parked the truck and returned today to start the truck and see 0psi , assuming this was a gauge issue as the truck was running normal , I went to pull of the driveway got into 3rd gear when the truck began to sputter and then died. I assume the ability to move a short distance is the Injection pump pulling fuel up to the engine.

Codes found are:
P0647 - A/C Clutch Relay Circuit High
P0483 - Cooling Fan Speed
P2608 - Intake Air Heater Relay 2 High

I really do not understand how any of those codes have to do with my issue after the troubleshooting ive gone through.

So far my process of elimination has included:

-Disconnecting fuel line out of lift pump and running line into clear bottle and starting truck = Ran truck for a few seconds & not a drop come out of the pump

-Disconnecting connector at pump and checking for power = None found

-Checking for power coming from relay to pump = None found

-Checking for power going to relay from battery = Power Found

-Connecting a fused positive wire and negative wire straight to pump = No noise heard

This is making me think that it is not the Lift pump that is shot but that there is a electrical issue however I thought that "hot wiring" the pump with just straight power would get the pump going but did not.

Do any experts believe this could be the ECM or TIPM that is causing this , and are those both able to be tested through diagnostics ?

I have until thursday to fix this truck so I can get home for thanksgiving family dinner and Im stuck working minimum 10 hour days until friday so most likely my only chance to work on it is afterwork. And I dont know or trust any of the local shops where im located now.

hi
when you sent power directly to the pump did the pump have a good ground ?
you should be able to place a temp switch in the cab to supply power to the pump to get home , just use heavy enough wire and a fuse .
make sure pump has a good ground wire also !

Contacted BD today and explained what I had tested etc. they also recommended I use a good ground a power source direct to the pump and listen for any signs of life.

I took 8 gauge primary wire for positive and negative straight from battery to the pump and no signs of life.

BD was pretty good about it and looks like the new pump will be on a bus by tommorow sometime if all goes well in the claims department.
