Adding a 4 oz can even if it is charged properly should be ok as you only have 250psi on the hi side. If you did the component replacement yourself but had it evac and recharged by a shop you must tell them what you have done and replaced so they can then add the correct amount of oil to the system either before recharge or during using an oil injector.
