Picture of Fan Clutch wire?

Help!! My truck's water and tranny has been running hot, and the a/c was warm at idle, soI was going to flush the raditor. As I was looking for the drain petcock (another issue), I noticed that the wire(s) that run from the front of the fan apparently got tangled in the blades and chewed them up.

Anybody got a picture or a wiring diagram I could use to hook them back up? Don't want to have to take the mods off to take to the *********** if at all possible.

Thanks

i dont have picture but if it helps maybe the single wire that i found on mine to test the fan solinod valve was green....if you find it ground this wire to the frame or battery...hold it there for abour 2 minutes ....if the fan is working then the fan will start to spin faster....then it is okay

Mods don't make a wiring harness get caught in the fan, but I'm 1000's of miles away from you so I can't help you.

I had mine chewed up too. I think there are 6 small wires (#18 or #22?). They should all be color coded, so you can just match them up. The bundle is pretty tight, and there's not much room for extra length or width where those wires run. I got an electronics guys to solder them and wrap them, so when he was done, the harness was about the same size as original. Also, make sure you straighten out the bracket to hold the wires away from the fan. Not a real good design IMO.
