oil in over flow

oil in over flow
had a oil leak end discovered oil in coolant over flow. what could be wrong? running a #100 plate on a 98 12 valve. also has a afe megacanon filter. i see 45 pounds boost do you think it could be just a head gasket? no coolant in oil just oil in coolant.
