what fluid are you guys using/recommending for use in the 6spd and transfer case

i run my 6spd hard...not too much pulling/towing, but racing a good bit.

also how much do i need to buy for the tranny...i have FAST coolers installed so they are an extra 2 qts

i just figured i have the tranny and t-case dropped, might as well change the fluids while i have the chance during this clutch install. and i am gonna start reassembling tonight so i need to get fluids today!
