I've got the nv4500 with the shifter that twist's in after you push the spring cap thing down. Anyone know a easy way to get this to twist into place, i've been trying with two screwdrivers for an hour but it's hard to hold it compressed and try to turn it so it holds in place.

 

got it in, just some crud in the little lock rim so it was blocking it from going all the way down.
