When i turn on my headlamps with the steering column up they are on, but when i move the tilt wheel down they go out, and it doesn't affect the high beams, UP ON, DOWN OFF.
Any one else with this problem, at least i know where to look.

I going to guess it's the multi-function switch in the column is bad... You might check and see if there is any broken wires down there too.
