just the other day, i left my truck running and put in 40 bucks... well, now the guage dropped to below E and the engine light has been on ever since as well... i've put fuel in a couple times since as well... anyone know what happen?????? any help is appriciated!! thanks, Jared

 

Fuel sender in Dodge trucks is a well known problem.

Do a search, and you'll have plenty of possible fixes.

my gauge doesnt work.
i just set my trip o meter and fill up every 300 miles
i usually put in about 20 gallons each time
which is 15 mpg, times that by my 285x75x16 tires,
and i actually got 16.2 mpg.

not bad.... anyways, save your $$$, use the trip-o-meter
